Rooms & villas
Beach Studio is on the ground floor; Sky Studio is on the upper floor with a private balcony. The room collection also uses the names Premium Beach Room and Premium Ocean View Room. Ask reservations to match the name in your quote to the floor plan and floor level. Kandima describes its Aqua Villa as “Perched overwater with direct access to the lagoon” (Kandima, Aqua Villa).
For an overwater stay, Aqua Villa has lagoon access, a deck, and a sea-view bathtub. Aqua Villa with Swirl Pool is a separate category. Ocean Pool Villa has its own swimming pool. Choose the feature you will use most, then compare the full rate.
For a family or group, compare the two-bedroom Family Sky Suite with separate rooms. Ask for the sleeping setup, bathrooms, and maximum guest numbers. A larger floor area does not always give everyone a separate bed.
Before booking an overwater room with children, confirm the child policy and water-access barriers. If stairs affect your plans, ask for access details for the exact room. Request its location relative to meals, the pool, and the kids club.

A breakfast rate can suit guests who want flexible lunches and dinners. Half board can work when you expect breakfast and dinner at the resort. Full board adds lunch, while an all-inclusive plan may cover a wider drinks list. Use the current inclusion sheet to compare them.
Write down a typical day of meals and drinks for your group. Then compare the plan upgrade with what you would otherwise buy. Check dining credits, special dishes, booking rules and children’s menus before calculating the total.

Getting to the island
The resort offers a seaplane journey of about 40 minutes. Another route uses a roughly 35-minute domestic flight to Dhaalu Airport, then a 15-minute speedboat. Add waiting and connection time to either route.
Kandima asks international arrivals to be at least one hour before its stated 15:00 seaplane cutoff. It advises international departures no earlier than 09:00. Send both flight numbers to reservations and get confirmation before paying for flights.
Ask for the return transfer cost for every adult and child. Confirm luggage limits and the plan for a delayed arrival. For a short stay, compare the hours you will have on the island as well as the nightly room price.
How to spend your days
Aquaholics handles water sports and diving. Scheduled house-reef snorkelling trips are unguided. Ask where each trip starts, how long it lasts and whether equipment or a guide costs extra.
BURN Fitness Centre is open around the clock. Its programme includes group sessions such as yoga and Pilates. Check the class schedule, reservations and charges when you arrive. Gym access and a taught class are different bookings.
For time on land, compare the sports arena and Kula Art Studio with the water activities. Choose one must-do activity for each person before paying for a package. Ask about age limits and indoor options for a wet afternoon.
Leave space between a boat outing, lunch and a class. Confirm weather cancellation terms with the activity desk. A refund, credit and new departure date may have different effects on a short holiday.
Families & couples
Kandiland is the resort’s kids club. It welcomes children from six months to 12 years. Children under four need a parent or guardian unless paid babysitting is arranged. Children aged four to 12 can join without a parent.
Check the current daily programme and reserve babysitting ahead of time. The club asks for 24 hours’ notice for that service. Ask about any costs and how to collect your child before booking an adult activity.
For families, compare a ground-floor beach room with an upper-floor or overwater option. Check the route to meals and activities, bedding for each child, and any stairs or open water near the room.
For couples who want quiet evenings, ask for a room away from music venues. Breeze offers live music and DJs, so location matters as well as the room category. Decide whether you prefer easy access to the activity areas or more distance from them.
